• Israeli s, mainly in Deir el-Balah in central Gaza and Khan Younis in the south, have killed at least 20 people this morning, our correspondent in the Gaza Strip reports.
• Israeli troops have rescued a captive in southern Gaza, the military says.
• The director of Kamal Adwan Hospital in Beit Lahiya says Israel is denying the medical sector fuel and aims for its destruction.
• The UN says it has been forced to pause aid operations in Gaza after mass evacuations are ordered in Deir el-Balah, where the UN had based its operations after relocating from Rafah in southern Gaza when Israeli forces launched a ground offensive there.
• Six Palestinians have been killed by Israeli soldiers and settlers in the occupied West Bank as far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir says he would “put an Israeli flag” on Al-Aqsa Mosque.
• At least 40,476 people have been killed and 93,647 wounded in Israel’s war on Gaza. An estimated 1,139 people were killed in Israel during the Hamas-led attacks on October 7.
